We interviewed several agents before choosing Victoria to list our home. We ultimately chose her because she appreciates hilltown life and knew how to showcase our home to potential buyers. Our home was in a flood plain which we knew would be a concern to potential buyers and an obstacle in selling our home. She was tremendous in pointing out positive aspects of our home and sold it just a couple months. She was extremely patient with us as we searched for a new property, calming our nerves along the way. We would definitely work with Victoria again if the need ever arises. She was fabulous! She took the time to listen to our needs and, at times, knew what was best more than we did. I highly recommend!!!

Vicki did a great job selling my home. The photos, video and online presence were wonderful, and she was excellent at being able to bring potential buyers to my out-of-the-way rural home. Vicki always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. She knows the other realtors in our area and was able to work well with the buyer's realtor. Her advice and counsel during negotiations were spot on, and she was great at smoothing out any glitches that arose. I have recommended her to friends, and will continue to recommend her to anyone in our area who needs a realtor.

My husband and I were matched with Victoria through USAA when we were beginning our home buying process. She was very relaxed with us and quickly became familiar with what we were looking for. She let me do a lot of the looking, but was always ready when we requested showings. She was very candid about whether or not a home was going to pass for our VA buying process, and was often pointing out things I wouldn't have noticed. She was willing to drive quite a way for us to have showings and was very personable with a great sense of humor. When it came time for us to put in an offer she was very direct yet relaxed. She walked us through each step and even knew when to submit the offer (NOT before the open house!) She was great to work with and still touches base with us now that we've been in our home since July.

From beginning to end, she was awesome. She was referred to me be a common friend and I discovered that we knew almost all the same people! Its easy to get overloaded with details by others, but her communication was solid, and I was never left wondering what I was supposed to do next. I moved 500 miles away, and I still had confidence that we would successfully sell my house. Id definitely hire her again.
