Virginia Otter is a Seattle native, growing up in the Wallingford district in a craftsman style home filled with family.. Her love of the Pacific Northwest and her determined spirit to help people made real estate a natural choice for her. As playful as her name, she takes delight in her two children, Wendell and Karissa, and loves to get out and socialize. She spent the first part of her professional life as a chef, owning a restaurant at 25. Her cookbook collection is at over 350 and counting. She always has a smile for a stranger and is quick to laugh. With many years in the real estate field starting in 2003, she has what it takes to negotiate even the toughest of deals. Many of her clients have remarked how she goes above and beyond for them from start to finish. Her knowledge of real estate law and her compassion for people make her the perfect choice as an agent when considering buying or selling your home.
