I dealt with Vito Angelo. He was amazing. He is professional and knowledgeable. He sold my house in 4 days. He was always available when I had questions. When I was looking for a co-op, I told him what I wanted and he lined up numerous apartments for me to see. I would recommend Vito very highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I have a second house that I will be selling and I would only use Vito for that sale.

Hired The Vito Angelo and Billy Apter Team to sell my house in Brooklyn. They came in with a game plan to garner as many potential buyers as possible. That is what exactly happened. Woke up on a Sunday morning to about 60 potential buyers who eventually went into a bidding war. In the end the Angelo/Apter Team wound up getting us the highest sale price every recorded on the block, as well as a price per square footage unheard of in the neighborhood. Hire them, and let them do their thing. They have a great marketing strategy, and know how to get top dollar and more for your home
