I'm Vlad Kizlo, and together with my wife Anastasiia I run The Kizlo Team at Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes. I've lived in the Winter Garden and Horizon West area for about 12 years, so Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips and Horizon West are home for us, not just a market.
