After looking at a house we had high hopes for that did not pan out, Wade was upbeat and positive. I think what's more important is that we came to not only seek his guidance, we came to rely on him; we trusted him that much. His knowledge of what would happen and when and expected wait times were on the money. Buying a house is not a casual undertaking yet Wade helped make the process as stress free as possible. When the dust settled and the house was ours, it was clear that Wade was not only happy, he was happy for us. We could ask, nor expect, any more of anyone. As a first time home buyer I was incredibly fortunate to have someone as professional and as experienced as Wade to help me through the process. Wade walked me through everything and made everything as easy as possible for my wife and I. Wade was extremely patient with us. We had an extremely bad experience with our realtor in Oklahoma which made us very leery of buying another home. Wade was/is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process which helped put us at ease. He knows the market and the area very well which helped us find the perfect home in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Wade to anyone in need of a realtor.

Wade sold my townhouse the first weekend it was listed and got competing offers. The accepted offer was higher than list price and had contingencies in case there were any unforeseen issues. In my opinion Wade went above and beyond when it came to working with the HOA and getting inspection repairs completed. He was always available to answer all of my questions and he made sure I understood the selling process. If I was going to purchase a home in Washington again I would call Wade.

Since this is only a 5-Star House Rating, I can't give him what he really deserves which would be a "Gold Star" Rating. Wade went out of his way on this deal and far above and beyond to make the deal happen. There were some twists and turns along the way that he helped navigate through with ease. I highly recommend him for your home buying or selling needs. Wade is very personable and professional. He is easy to communicate with and listens to your needs. He really works for you. He is prompt in returning phone calls or emails both day and night what ever it takes to get the job done. My situation was unique in that I became a caregiver for my aging mother with dementia. Her farm was in desperate need of repairs as well as her home. We needed to sell half of the farm to keep her in the home and move in full time with her to provide 24-hr. care. Wade was there for us and did not give up hope on the sale. In the end we came out further ahead than we expected. Now we can keep our mother in her home and fix the necessary repairs.
