Mr. Wael Georgey was the agent for our recent purchase of a Kissimmee Florida home. I had very specific requirements in a house with a very specific budget. Although we saw dozens of homes, and myself being very picky on what i wanted, Wael never gave up on finding the right house for me. This task was most difficult since I live in New York and traveled to Florida on a limited schedule. Since I am from out of town, Wael made sure that my concerns was addressed. After we found a house, Wael made sure to negotiate the best prices for me as a buyer, and most amazing even after contract signing, he made sure that my needs were further addressed. I would extremely recommend Wael due to his great knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods, his ability to move things fast, and most of all his ability to defend my needs as his client. Thanks.

I highly recommend Wael to be your real estate agent for buying home. Plus, if you are a first time buyer, you wouldnt be aware of the market, real estate process etc. I have heard that few agents pressurize clients to buy home even thought it might not be in the best interest for client. His company also offers property management so in addition to having a great real estate broker you'll also have a property manager if you choose to sign up for property management like I did. Wael and his team take exceptional care of you throughout the entire process of purchasing a home. I've purchased a home before, and Wael and John's service is absolutely exceptional. Let me start by saying that Wael was amazing to work with and if I had to purchase another home, I would 100% go through him again.
