Wally got his first opportunity in real estate in 2006 when a blossoming property management company asked that he move from the Great Northwest to Pensacola Florida. Over a 4 year period, Wally helped grow a 40 property startup to a 200 property enterprise. In addition to his property management experience, Wally also had a chance to oversee numerous project developments, including extensive renovations and custom construction. In 2010, Wally packed his bags and returned home to Washington for an opportunity with another property management company where he was responsible for the oversight of over 300 properties.
