The service and personal attention I received from Walt Taylor was exceptional, he has always gone the extra mile for me! After viewing several properties we came to the conclusion that building new might be the best way to go. He found a lot that was very close to an elementary school so that I could walk my son to school which was very important to me. He took the time and even went with me and on more than one occasion to the show room while I was picking everything out. Since that time I have used Walt Taylor a couple more times, I was able to get a great deal on an investment property all thanks to Walt Taylor! He knew what I was looking for and got me a great deal. Could not have asked for better and Walt worked hard to make things easy for me. I also used Walt Taylor again this summer to help me sell some property. We were having difficulties selling for what we wanted to get out of it. We decided to do an owner carry loan. When we put it back on the marked it sold right away! Walt made it very easy for us; we were able to get what we wanted for it and I am also collecting the interest. I am very grateful for all that Walt Taylor has done for me, he defiantly is a go-getter he always goes the extra mile, I could not have done all that without him. Whenever I called he always answered and never seemed too busy to help out even if he was. I know not everyone has such a positive experience when it comes to working with a Realtor and I think thats sad, because when you find someone that knows their business, works with you, and that you can trust, it makes all the difference! Walt Taylor is that guy; let him see what he can do for you.
