Walter is ALWAYS available. Even if I am just sending him an text at an unusual time, he responds quickly. He gives us suggestions of homes to look at as well as takes our suggestions if we want to see something. He knows what we are looking for and has done a great job; we just haven't found exactly what we are looking for. I would recommend Walter if you are need of an agent who is personable, kind, funny, responsive and helpful. Thanx Walter for all your time with us!
