My first investment in Real Estate was July 1993 when I bought my first home. Since then, I continued to learn more about real estate, and over time, developed a passion for it. In November 1998, I received my Real Estate license. Soon I began working in a variety of real estate types; New Construction, Residential, Commercial, Land and Investment properties; all throughout multiple counties, such as Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Saint Lucie, Brevard, Lee and Orange counties. Each time I work with a buyer or seller, I research, negotiate, and represent them as if I was in their position, making the commitment to buy or sell home myself.
