I've been a Missouri licensed Realtor since December of 2000. I am well versed in selling homes from USDA to HUD to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I've worked the foreclosure market extensively for my Investors. I have the special designation as a Retrofit Broker which I received through University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO. That means I have been trained in retro-fitting existing homes to make them Energy Efficient. I can lead buyers to a team of people that can help them make their homes very efficient and save those fuel dollars. I have some wonderful property for development listed right now that would be perfect a for Senior Living community or apartments or even Single Family homes. I sell fixer-uppers as well as move-in-ready homes of all shapes and sizes.
