Greatest agent anyone could ask for. Paid close attention to detail. Very responsive to all my questions. He definitely understands that he represents the buyer. He made sure things were done timely. He did just allow me to buy any house he explained what products were built cheap based on the purchase price and if was getting a great deal for the purchase price based on square footage items that are standard and incentives.

Warren is an excellent real estate agent. He helped me with the process of selling my condo, answered all questions and concerns I had and we closed within 5 weeks from our initial listing. Warren is AWESOME! It took about two months for us to go from meeting Warren to closing on a *great* condo. We put in offers on several places and ended up with a condo we love. Warren was always patient despite our daft questions -- and some of them were daft questions! And we never waited more than an hour for a reply to any email or text we sent him, even on a Sunday. We were first-time buyers and had no idea how any of this worked: Finding a place, comps, making an offer, inspection reports, repairs, sorting out financing and insurance, etc. Warren made a difficult process easy and saved us money (he bargained hard for us). He has a deep knowledge of the Atlanta property market (years of experience) and is a Midtown specialist -- which is just what we needed. Thank heavens we met Warren. There's only one realtor we might otherwise consider: Phil Dunphy of Modern Family. But Phil isn't actually a real person (shhhh!), so that means Warren is the best!
