Having purchased the home from Wayne and Jill in 2008 it only made sense to go back to them when it was time to sell. While the purchase of the home was mildly stressful since it was the first time my wife and I had purchased a house, Wayne and Jill patiently stepped us through each phase of the process, from first viewing of the property to signing the final paperwork.Selling the property was a breeze, even from 3,000 miles away. Wayne and Jill handled EVERYTHING and at no point did I think they were acting in anything other than our best interest. They spoke to us about a wide range of options, everything from "if you want to update everything and make the house 'like new'" to "if you want to sell it 'as is'." Everything was explained and well thought out with a level of professionalism that is hard to come by.In the end, Wayne and Jill assessed what needed to be done to get the property where we wanted it to be for potential buyers and made arrangements for everything from deep cleaning carpets to general handyman repairs. Both Wayne and Jill are extremely competent in what they do and I was more than happy with everything they did for me!
