Wayne has been assisting his real estate clients since 1983. Originally Wayne started his career in real estate by selling Timeshare condominums at the Sandestin Bay Club at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Sandestin Fl. Due to Wayne desire to provide his customer with a broader understanding in real estate, Wayne completed his college degree in Business Administration/Management at Calirfornia University of Pennsylvania and obtained his brokers license in Pennsylvania. In 2001 Wayne returned to the Emerald Coast to work with a local builder. There Wayne observed and learned the home building process and has been able to apply that knowledge and experience in everyday life as a realtor.
