I cannot recommend this realtor, avoid at all costs. My experience with him was terrible and so was dealing with Century 21. The realtor was often late to appointments, did not disclose extra fees, misrepresented his knowledge of the short sale process and cost me money because of his lack of effort and general laziness. He was only interested in the sale and not in the customer. He did not excel in any area except for his own self interest.

Wayne Reid is a terrible realtor. I would not use him again or recommend him to anyone. He was late to appointments, unfamiliar with the short sale process (he told me he had done them before), did not disclose fees, refused to ask the listing realtor for existing title documents. He began working with a titling company without my consent. He wanted to overbid on all homes and is not interested in negotiating. He was only interested in the quick sale and making money, he does not protect the customer. He could not be present for closing because he had a scheduled vacation, I get that, but he asked me to go through walk through and closing alone! I refused. He did not want to pay a replacement for himself. This had been a difficult short sale and long process. I did a significant amount of the work in communicating with the banks involved. Lazy lazy lazy and unprofessional.. I should have known when he asked me to sign a contract after meeting him. I had to go to the head of Century 21 about several issues. If I had not invested so much time in the house I would have dumped him. I learned later he had a judgement against him for a loan he defaulted on, for a significant amount of money. You can search the judiciary case records in Maryland. Sadly I did not do this when I first met him. He really should have lost his license because he was just interested in making money fast to pay off his debt .Aren't there ethics rules in real estate? He cost me a significant amount of money.

I have sent you two reviews on this man. He was terrible and lacks integrity. He was unprofessional, unprepared, tardy, lazy, untruthful and he did not care about the customer. He was only interested in making a sale to get paid and would sell absolute crap to anyone. This was my first experience purchasing a home and it was one of the most stressful and worst experiences of my life because of him. Why are you still sending me these reviews?
