In less than a week there was an acceptable offer on the house! She promptly began to arrange business with the title company, well ahead of the closing, in order to avoid last-minute snags. Wendy handled the subsequent details with great finesse, and even after closing day she worked hard to ensure that the sale proceeds were remitted properly and that all other details were in order. We couldn't have been happier with her attention to detail and willingness to do extra things (make extra phone calls to the title company, confirm the transfer of utilities, etc.). We highly recommend Wendy--if you decide to work with her, you will have an enthusiastic, engaged, and proactive realtor who will make things happen and get the job done.
