- Wendy and I connected, but did no business
She is the president of the Cypress Bend condominiums obviously she has all information first handed. She needs more owners to foreclose so she can make more money off of them. A big conflict of interests. Will get reported to DBPR

Wendy is a walking conflict of interest. She is the board president of Cypress Bend Condo 1 in Pompano Beach and at the same time she helps buy and sell condos in the same development. Even worse is that she is not recusing herself from votes where she has a conflict (like passing a $50k per unit assessment)

Absolutely terrible realtor, worst in south Florida, sloppy, rude, untimely, unprofessional, and flat out dumb when it comes to real estate knowledge. Anyone that is debating on working DO NOT. She will lead you in the wrong directing and be predatory and manipulative as she does it! Someone take this women’s license
