- Wendy helped me buy a home
I would NOT recommend Wendy as a realtor if you are purchasing a new construction. She was present during a walk through of the model and I didn’t see her after that. In the six month process she checked up on me once. Never called me on closing day, had to update her on closing date changes. Hasn’t even called to congratulate me. She didn’t even have to find homes for me, I was already set on location and home when we met up. Super easy commission for her. Received no help in finding private inspectors, didn’t even ask if I needed help understanding the closing packet. She hasn’t even stepped foot in the home since it started being built!
