Wendy Raines came to the Boone, NC area from Eastern North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University. Her parents soon joined her in Boone and soon thereafter she and her mother began working in the Real Estate and New Construction area of business together. Her mother had been a real estate broker since Wendy's childhood. In the early 90's they added the management of vacation rentals to their company. Having been vacation property renters prior to moving to the Boone area gave the team at Anderson Mountain Rentals an edge. They knew what was important to the renters and what keeps the renters coming back year after year.

Poor, rents cabins to fisherman who aren't renters of the cabins via her husbands guide business. Want a bunch of men fishing and parking at the property you just rented the by all means rent her units.
