I contacted Century 21 online to find an agent near me. Wendy's name came up so I contacted her. She responded promptly and with the enthusiasm I was looking for in an agent. After viewing our farm she spoke with even more excitement while also being very frank regarding the unique aspects, both good and bad, of our property.We listed with her and her true professionalism and experience showed clearly through for the entire time it was on the market. She had many showings but no offers so our contract expired with no sale. I didn't forget Wendy's sincerity while we were listed with her company.I listed elsewhere for the next 3 months with another agency which was a complete failure with them showing no effort to accomplish our goal.I relisted with Wendy and she attacked pursueing a sale like a mad soccer mom on a mission! She networked and put together a sale that turned into an extremely complicated situation between banks, buyers, title agencies, inspectors.... at that point more than ever I appreciated her tenacity, experience in real estate sales and most importantly her brutally open honesty.
