All right let me tell you about Wenky. If you want amazing service, someone who really and truly wants to help you has your best interest at heart and gets the job done and quickly you go to her. Someone who goes above and beyond and will always be honest with you. She is someone I will work with consistently. She has helped me buy properties and sell them in a quick and timely manner and always give me the best results. She is aggressive, driving, and 100% advocates for her client. We purchased a home from out of state, without the ability to be present for many of the milestone events that transpire when purchasing a home. Thanks to Wenky, it didnt matter. She was always present on our behalf and was quick to tell us if she thought something was off - we never felt as if she was trying to facilitate a quick transaction just for the sake of her commission. If a home came on the market that we were interested in, within 48 hours we would have a virtual walkthrough in lieu of a showing, done by Wenky. In a time when it seems like everyones friend, brother, sister, aunt, or uncle is a part-time realtor, Wenky stands out as the BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL who, to put it simply, just does not fail her clients.

To start - I need to say this was not your typical house purchase. It was very complicated and contained many individuals, including the court system, but Wenky made this entire process so much easier. She was not only one step ahead of the game but made sure everyone was doing their part to make this purchase happen. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was 110% perfect so the judge would be happy. She was patient and professional when times got bumpy and we worked together to make this dream a reality. My son will now be able to live the life he deserves in a beautiful condo!!
