Wesleys went above and beyond to help find a home for my family and I. I had a unique situation and he was able to adapt to my needs. We give Wesely 5/5 stars for this review. We were first time home buyers, and Wesely was able to walk us through everything we needed to do and be our guide along the way. No question was too small or insignificant, and Wesely was prompt in every response. He was also a very clear communicator who put truth beyond all else, even if the truth wasnt good news. The market was a sellers market while we were buying, so we put down five offers before one was accepted. At times, Wesley was just there for us as a friend when we would lose a house we really wanted and would council us through the ups and downs of the process and help us get ready to go looking again. We were also blessed with Wesely when our lender was dropping the ball. With his help and guidance we were able to apply the pressure needed to push our loan through. Wesley showed his true professionalism by juggling this ordeal with us, the lender, and the seller and still managing to close on the house even after a rocky lending process. He was a perfect example of a diplomat, handling the needs of all parties involved with grace and calm. We recommend anyone looking for a home to stop looking for a real estate agent and pick Wesely.
