Wes did an outstanding job. He sold my sisters house several years ago and she was very happy with him. We were out of town during the time of the sale and Wes went above and beyond to take care of a lot of details for us. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was evident and he followed up to make sure that we met all necessary deadlines. His recommendations on things to update prior to the sale were valued. He was very patient and encouraging as we prepared the home for sale. I honestly cant think of anything that he could have done better. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is selling their home.

Wes went far above and beyond his duties in helping my buy my first home from across the country. I truly couldnt have done it without him. He was very informative and helpful early on when I was trying to figure things out, giving opinions when asked but generally just providing lots of information. He helped determine a good timeline and helped me stick to it. Part of this was giving me advice on the loan process and telling me about the different levels of approval that were possible before putting in an offer. After I chose a loan company, he worked very closely with the loan officer to get me credit-approved, which I think really helped me be successful in my offer. He was always incredibly available and saw properties I was interested in quickly. He made contact with the sellers agent and put together offers quickly. Something came up on inspection that required a lot of back and forth with the sellers agent and Wes was completely on top of it and really helpful including helping me look for an attorney for advice. Wes was absolutely wonderful throughout my home-buying process. It was a true pleasure to work with him. I joked several times that the rest of my life would be in better order if Wes was in charge. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future. I cant imaging considering working with anyone else if I was buying in the Denver area again, and I plan to be a vocal promoter of Wes among any friends/colleagues looking at property.

I really cant say enough positive things about Wes Parsons. He has tremendous expertise. He works super hard. He responds immediately and does everything he says he will do when he says he will do it (if not sooner.) He is able share his expertise while making it clear that all the decisions are mine to make. He is also friendly and courteous. He is honest and never comes across as self-serving. I couldnt be happier with my experience working with Wes and would definitely work with him again if I were buying or selling real estate in his area. I worked with him once beforewhich was also a great experience, hence my repeat business.
