When looking for a realtor to help us buy our first home, my wife and I talked to at least half a dozen companies. When we found the WPG team,, it felt like the perfect mix of "personal, smaller-business, one-on-one attention" and "large company with lots of people to help you every step of the way". They actually suggested the house we ultimately ended up buying. We thought it was slightly out of our price range, but they were able to help negotiate and got the cost down lower than we would have expected. Our agent was always willing to make the trip for us to look at the house "just one more time" before putting an offer in too. What I was most impressed with was their knowledge of the entire home buying process - not just the buying/selling aspect, but telling us what repairs we may want to consider/ask for money for, how the inspection is supposed to work, as well as the loan/mortgage process. We almost went with an online lender, which they were honest with us about and helped steer us in a more stable direction (only suggestions, never insisting). Our agent was an awesome one-stop-shop. He stayed in close communication with us and helped us through every step of the way (again, this includes securing the loan, which was super helpful). Not only that, but we feel like we made a friend throughout the process. He's the kind of guy where after you work with him, you WANT to stay in touch. That's the kind of personal touch he puts into his work, and I couldn't recommend him any more. I'm really glad that we chose to go with him.

The team has an excellent knowledge of the business and area we were selling in. They also have the patience for first time buyers/sellers to help you achieve your goal! Highly recommended!!

From the time we decided to list our house to the day of settlement, the team was there by our sides through the entire process. This was our first time selling a house and thank goodness for them! She was extremely knowledgeable, available when we we needed her and pretty much took care of everything, which made it extremely easy for us. Rose was there to help us stage our house, provided feedback with every showing, answered our emails and calls immediately, negotiated with each offer, made sure we were prepared for settlement, and even continued to check in after the sale was over. We highly recommend them and so happy we had a chance to work with them.
