Hi folks; Would just like to say, anyone needing help in finding a home or moving one, you couldn't be in better hands than with Wes. Wes and I connected when I inquired about a property. I've dealt with many realtors in the past often with not so much luck so naturally was a bit skeptic at first, plus I had never heard of him. Wes signed me up with him as my real estate agent, stayed with me throughout the process and I must say I wasn't the easiest to work with. I had limited resources with bigger desires so turned down many, many places. Regardless of all the rejections I did Wes never gave up, devoted countless hours, quite often on weekends as well as holidays and it finally paid off. Upon my find, he walked me through the whole process advising me along the way and made my purchase and final closing effortless. The best realtor I've ever had. Wes is such a professional and very knowledgeable. He thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have a positive experience. My personal experience: when a deal fell through in a very competitive market, Wes creatively thought outside the box and decided to explore off market deals. Wes wrote letters to owners in the neighborhoods I desired to purchase a home, to see if owners would be willing to sell. After hundreds of letters sent, a few owners gave us feedback and we were able to close on a deal in my dream area atop of the mountains! I'm so happy he is my realtor now and for future purchases.

My husband and I could not have had a better realtor. He was very professional and always answered any questions we had. He really helped us out while dealing with a difficult seller. Would totally call Wes again if we decide to buy another house.

Even though I only actually met Wes once because we are not local to the locality, we were buying in he probably did more work for us than any other Agent; he was there for us when we needed to call or text him. When an Act of God delayed an inspection, and no one close by was available he was able to get someone to the site in the nick of time! He provided good advice during negotiations, saving us some money and remained friendly and patient when I got nervous about things. We recommend him highly!
