Westin Means

Wes is amazing and I'm extremely grateful to life I found him. I don't have the access and means as many bay area folks within tech. I'm a single mom and I've been saving as much as I can and asking questions about owning a house even before I actually could. I met Wes through Zillow. I had already gone to visit houses with another recommended agent but I felt like the experience left a lot to be desired. I decided to try with Wes and from day 1 the experience was extremely different. He was so prepared, showed me different houses, taught me about the process, taking notes, and all the small and big things first time home owners don't know about. He worked with me for about 8 months, showed me over 20 houses, drove around the entire bay, answered every single question I had even when it wasn't within his area of expertise. I kept on getting outbid and Wes would always reassure me I would find my own home, to just be a bit patient. He didn't give up on us, even when I felt many times it was an impossible dream. Westin is an awesome agent. He was extremely easy to work with, and took the time to listen to my preferences, concerns, and questions. He is well connected in the industry which may have contributed to us getting an offer accepted on the first property that I wanted without a bidding war! Westin keeps great relationships with other agents, and knows how to negotiate hard to get the best deal for his clients.
