Will Donnel

We began working with Will earlier this year (February). I had called Century 21 because of a sign I saw posted outside of a mobile home in Loomis. He answered the call. We were just at the beginning of this journey wanting to plan for retirement and not even sure where we wanted to live. Just knowing we wanted something that we could purchase and pay-off in the next 10-15 years. We decided to look at condos and townhouses rather than mobile homes based on how expensive space rent is (650+ a month) per Wills recommendation. We started out in Placerville and Cameron Park looking for that mountain feel. Ended up all over the Sacramento area. Will diligently looked up properties, mapped them out and took us on daylong excursions checking out all areas of Sacramento. We didn't know really at the time what we really wanted or where we wanted to live so a lot of this was just scouting out areas and checking out what was available on the market. Will has a great personality. Friendly, patient and helpful. Acting on any information we gave him with enthusiasm. We put in a total of three offers. One was not going to be approved by FHA, one was not chosen because the buyers got a better offer that we could not match. Then this one came up. A great townhouse located in Orangevale. Location is great. A small complex that gave us that mountain feel close to hiking and biking trails and Folsom Lake. Also a property we could customize to our personality with a price that couldn't be beat. Will walked us through the whole process. Escrow ended up taking 48 days due to waiting on paperwork on our end that was beyond our control. But finally..... and during that time Will was working on the paperwork end. Making calls on our behalf, etc. We felt he was working on our behalf and doing all he could do. It was a nail biter for sure for all of us.I recommend Will to represent anybody looking to buy or sell a home. He goes above and beyond with a cheerful, positive attitude that will take him far in this business. We are recommending him to anyone we know that would be interested in buying or selling. If we decide to buy or sell in the future he will be our Realtor.Sincerely,
