Will listed and sold my home
Will was thorough in looking over my house to list it and let me know what I might expect in the selling process. He stated what he would expect in a normal market and admitted with the pandemic, he couldn't predict what might happen. The house was listed and closed within 3 months and had numerous showings which was unexpected due to the pandemic but also a tribute to Will's marketing ability. He was there every step of the way and answered all my questions completely. He made himself available for me. I was highly pleased with he and his wife on all counts.

My husband and I looked at a home in Habersham with Will. We ended up making an offer on the same day. Will is a great realtor.
