William Penney

I have been a full time Realtor since 1988. I was one of the top Realtors in the state of Ohio for a large national real estate organization during the 1990's. My wife, Mary, and I started Penney Real Estate Company in February of 2001. Unlike most of the large real estate companies who gain market share by employing lots of average Realtors, who sell 5-10 homes a year each, we have gained market share by providing our clients with a much higher level of experience and service who, in turn, refer us to their friends and family members. I am more effective because I work harder and invest in my business! The average days on market for my listings and my list price versus sale price ratio are better than most agents because I have more experience and I am dedicated to success.
