Jonathan Vasquez helped us find our beautiful vacation home. He put up with us for over a YEAR, working around our hectic schedules to find us exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge about the different neighborhoods, mountain culture and the industry helped us navigate through the shopping and purchasing process. He even waded through hip deep snow to show us properties after one of the year's biggest snow storms. After we put in our offer on the home we purchased, he was there following up with the seller's contractors and taking care of the hiccups that came up due to the seller's lack of knowledge about the mountain. I have no doubt our great purchase could have gone sour if not for the diligent work from Jonathan and his team.

My husband and I started looking at houses online and submitted an online inquiry on a home we liked. Literally within minutes of submitting it I was contacted by an agent named Jonathan. I was taken aback at how speedy the response was but still remained sceptical. We are first time buyers and were very paranoid about being taken advantage of so I asked a lot of questions and Jonathan patiently and thoroughly answered each one. From that day forward he began to prove to me over and over that he was worthy of not only our business but also our trust. The whole process was scary and extremely overwhelming at times but he guided us through it every step of the way. Jonathan took care of everything. He always responded to my emails, made time to take my calls, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions on things I never would have even thought of. There was several times at every phase of the process that he called me just to check in and make sure I was okay and understood everything. In addition, the lender, insurance agent and home inspector he recommended were also phenomenal. We shopped around for the best candidates and ended up using all his recommendations because their service was as great as his. In the end I can truly say I feel incredibly blessed to have worked with Jonathan and gotten to know him. In conclusion, if you are still shopping around for a realtor then do yourself a favor and stop. Call Jonathan because you truly could not be in better hands.

We live in LA. So making a trip up to Big Bear is a bit of journey. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I work a 9 to 5 Mon.- Friday and I am very busy through the day making phone calls and sending emails. I typically make my personal calls as early as possible and squeeze in personal phone calls through the day if need be. I was searching for a qualified realtor in the Big Bear area for a vacation home to enjoy with my wife and family when I came across "Rahill Team, Keller Williams". I called Team Rahill at 8:30 AM and left a message to call me at their soonest convenience. I received a call back from Jonathan Vasquez in under 10min. I made an appointment for my wife and I to meet up with Jonathan to view some listings in the area. Time is money in my line of business so it was very important for me to be as productive as possible when house hunting. At our appointment, Jonathan took the time to listen to what my wife and I were interested in buying for a vacation home. In less than an hour Jonathan identified multiple listings that met our criteria. By 1PM my wife and I had already put in for an offer on a beautiful little cabin in Sugarloaf, only a few miles from the lake. Home buying in general is typically not the easiest thing to do however we were very fortunate to have a knowledgeable and efficient realtor. It is very easy to buy or sell a home with the help of Big Bear Real Estate

Throughout the course of selling my house I told Lisa Seifert on multiple occasions that choosing the Rahill Group as my listing agent was the best decision I ever made, and it's 1000% true. I am a difficult customer. Not only do I hold a Real Estate Brokers' license but I have also worked in the film industry for 15 years where everything has to be done yesterday. Unfortunately that element of urgency has since become expected in all of my personal business and many companies can't keep up. I expect my emails to be responded to and my calls to be returned quickly, as in minutes or hours, not days. I had interviewed a few other agents and true to the relaxed Big Bear lifestyle they would get back to me as time permitted which did not work for me. The Rahill Group is different, which was apparent in my first conversation with Lisa. There is a reason why they have so many glowing reviews! They are at the forefront of technology meaning other brokers piggy back onto their system for listing information but because of the way they are internally structured (Lisa deals strictly with listings and each person in their office has a specific job as opposed to other agencies where the agents are trying to do it all and stepping all over each other) I always felt that my listing was their top priority.Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that from the time I signed the listing agreement to the time I closed escrow everything moved at a productive pace. Since I live off mountain, she personally took care of things to make sure everything went seamlessly (like double checking that my water shut off valve did in fact work after the home inspector the buyers hired said it didn't) and would come over to check in on things when I was at the property just to see if I needed anything.The way they do business means results! My listing went into escrow after only 6 weeks on the market at nearly full asking, the escrow period was for the most part smooth and Lisa, who was always on my side and by my side, talked me through the bumps, logically and patiently (selling a house can get emotional). There is a reason when you drive around big bear and see all the Rahill signs that there are always In Escrow or Sold stickers on them! It's because these guys are the best in Big Bear! If you are buying you will get the first look at properties and if you are selling you will get the best service available. Do yourself a favor, give them a call. I am so happy I did.

When we were ready to purchase a vacation home in big bear I researched for the best agent and found Jonathan Vasquez he did an awesome job! My siblings and I hired Jonathan Vasquez as our selling agent, after interviewing and obtaining marketing proposals from several local realtors.We were thoroughly impressed with the breadth and detailed specifics included in Jonathan's marketing plan compared to other companies, as well as his references that I spoke with. The marketing was phenomenal and included all the on line sites, as well as a virtual tour on Tour Factory which was amazing! Also helpful was the periodic reports generated by Rahill showing lockbox activity/showing agent feedback and hits from the media sites (e.g. Trulia).Rahill uses a team approach, and although we were a bit concerned by this at the start (we were afraid we'd be turned over to various disengaged people and we'd no longer hear from Jonathan), that did not happen. He was very patient and accommodating in working with both my brother and I. He went above and beyond the call of duty several times during the transaction. We had a weekend home in Big Bear (Fawnskin to be exact) for many years and sold it 12 years ago. I got the "mountain bug" again and decided to look for something on the North Shore again.
