I was in a situation where I needed to sell my home. I got Will Story's information from a friend of mine. He came over to my home, gave me pointers on what to do to get my home ready to sell. As I got the home ready to sell Will stayed in constant communication with me. Once the home was on the market it went under contract quickly. Will clearly explained what the next steps were. All throughout the transaction Will and his transaction manager, Dana were extremely helpful. They helped guide and lead me through the entire transaction. Frankly I couldn't possibly ask for anything more. We came to Denver with a high bar for demands. We needed to move 4-5 weeks and had 72hrs to find a home we loved. Will never blinked. He set up viewings at 15 homes in 2 days and we placed overs on the third day. Every house we saw, he had a great knowledge of the area, what to be aware of with elements of construction unique to neighborhoods, pitfalls to be aware of based on local weather/construction/pricing trends, completely backed us on pricing that we wanted to stay within. After the offer, he had answers and solutions for all of our questions, references for all of the aspects of repair/home care, kept in close contact and answered all of our questions in a very prompt manner. No overtly flowery language just very honest info and very straightforward. He was an advocate for us through the last minutes of the closing date. On top of all of it, he was great with our kids while we went through a long list of houses. We came in with a tall order, but it all worked and we have Will to thank. 100% recommend.
