William Bedgood

I grew up in a close-knit town in SE Georgia where I was raised by my family to see the goodness in people, to tell the truth, and to respect everyone and my environment. That philosophy has served and guided me well throughout life and it is with those principles that I strive to serve my clients. Trust, Respect, Goodness. After graduating from high school I attended college in Savannah GA and began my real estate career in 2001 and I have never looked back. Living and working in the coastal beauty that is Savannah instilled in me a deepened appreciation for nature while developing my enthusiasm for Historic as well as Modern and Mid-Century architecture. My enthusiasm for smart design and beautiful architecture enables me to see the world through my clients' eyes to live vicariously with their excitement and vigor. While assisting buyer clients, I am just as excited and nervous as they are, and while working with seller clients I am just as serious and diligent as they are.
