Netter Real Estate made my home selling experience a most positive and profitable one. From inception, my realtor Bill Cherno, provided me with the much needed details that were necessary to sell my home. Pictures were taken, comps were researched, home history was researched, and floor plans were drawn. All the necessary supports were put in place to have successful showings. My home was on the market a total of 5 weeks from listing to final showing, which resulted in an offer which was within $4000 of my asking price. All parties involved were more than satisfied with the ease of the sale and supports in place from Netter Realty. I was able to voice my concerns and have them met with sensitivity and sensibility. I felt respected throughout the process and the end result was happy customers for all parties involved. .

I met Bill at another open house in the same area that my house was located. I was doing my own research on comparative houses in the area. Bill took me on a tour of the house and I felt that he represented the Seller in a positive and honest way. I liked the fact that he did not try to become the "Buyers Real Estate Agent" but stayed true to his client the Seller. When it came time to actually list my home I only made one call and that was to Bill. He guided me through the process and made recommendations along the way including a Real Estate Attorney who was phenomenal. Bills knowledge of the buying and selling of homes from the listing through the negotiation (we ended up with multiple offers and sold above list price) and to the close was impressive. Bills familiarity with local building codes and regulations served me well as did his legal background as an attorney. I cannot thank Bill enough for his efforts in the sale of my home. I would strongly recommend Bill to handle any of your Real Estate needs as he is the consummate professional!!!
