Mr. Eder was a fantastic realtor to work with. He was very easy to get along with and seemed to have alot of knowledge not only about purchasing our first home, but knowledge about the area as well as work that may or may not need to be done. We especially loved working with someone with a keen eye for potential work so we didn't get into a bad home or overpriced home. He was also very patient during the home hunting process and aost always available to get us into homes around our schedules. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Though we hope to never move again, if we had to, we would love to work with him again.
