As we started the process of putting our unit on the market, Will gave us what proved to be an accurate assessment of market value and recommended that we make a few improvements in order to enhance its value. Will knew the local contractors, got quotes for the work, and supervised the general contractor in completing the work we were out of town for the duration. There were a number of additional projects that we could have undertaken, but in Wills opinion these projects would not return enough return to make the effort worthwhile. He was right!
