With tremendous diplomacy, and with our best interests in mind, they managed the negotiations and the escrow process seamlessly. Our experience couldnt have been better. The best part of working with Will and his team was the effort they put into understanding what was important for us and carefully screening the properties for those attributes. Will went above and beyond our expectations in so many ways that it would be hard to list them all, but here are a few examples: He looked for properties that met our needs and conducted a broad mailing to see if there were owners who would be willing to sell, even if their properties were not listed Leveraged his private network to try and broker a deal with the new owner of a house that we lost during the initial bidding. This required him developing a relationship with the new owner so as to have them entertain the concept of re-selling immediately Conducted video walk-though tours via FaceTime to enable us to assess properties when we were out of state. Talked us out of properties that we were attracted to because they saw issues that we had missed It was a huge benefit having Jenny Raze on the team. She has familiarity with the remodeling / contracting process and it was invaluable having her perspective on what it would take to fix up or remodel various properties. The best illustration of how much confidence and trust I placed on Will is that I bought my house without ever seeing it in person. I was traveling abroad on work when it hit the market. I was so confident that Will and Jenny understood my needs that I believed the property would be perfect and had them conduct the negotiation on my behalf. I could not be happier with the result as the house is hands down better than any of the other 25 plus properties I had considered. Will and Jenny are very patient, knowledgeable, dedicated, proactive, and responsive. Even though our criteria changed over the search period, I never once saw any hint of frustration, annoyance or loss of effort or enthusiasm on their part. They are both delightful people on top of being top-notch professionals. We are not only delighted with our new home, but we are also grateful to count them among our small circle for friends.
