We signed the contract with a preapproval loan letter and moved forward towards purchasing. Unfortunately, the bank stopped funding at the last minute and started to drag the loan process. The seller got frustrated and thought of canceling the deal. Understanding our problem William step into the issue and spend a lot of time talking to the seller and the bank. Finally, the bank approved after 10 days of closing. We couldn't have purchased the property without William Lim.
