William O'Donnell

William Simply the best. William was the most knowledgeable realtor I had spoken to especially in the Nassau County/Suffolk area. Everything from professional photographer to advertising my house for sale just in the first open house we received multiple offers above the asking price and was in contract a week after listing the house He far exceeded all my expectations. William set an expectation for what would happen every step in the whole process from contract to closing the deal was less than 2 months and delivered on everything along the way. William is the only realtor I would ever call if I was looking to purchase or sell a property again. My wife and I would like to thank William from the bottom of our hearts and cant thank him enough for everything that he helped our family accomplish God bless you

William is an outstanding realtor! My experience with him always resulted in thorough communication and excellent results. William does what it takes regardless of the challenge he will rise up and face it head on to ensure success. He is a true gentleman and in my opinion a rising star that regardless if your a seller or buyer should be at the very top of your consideration for a realtor. I give William ODonnell my highest recommendation and I have the highest confidence you will too. Thanks again William!

William ODonnell, was my Realtor. He was very informative and kept me in the loopwith everyone. He made the process very easyand my home was sold without any undue stress. I highly recommend Mr. ODonnell to any onewho is in the market.

William is a great agent, extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. He knows the Long Island market very well, gives great advice and works with other top-rated professionals to ensure a smooth closing. He is very responsive, always available to answer your questions and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend hiring him!

When I initially saw William, my first impression was what does this kid know about real estate. Boy was I wrong and I was blown away. In 35 years of buying and selling homes, I have never experienced a realtor as good as William. Not only did he help coordinate the complete renovation of my rental condo and oversee the project, he did a thorough market analysis and updated me on every showing etc. Go with William for your real estate needs. HE IS THE BEST I EVER EXPERIENCED!! Andy Gentile

William is an extraordinary realtor. He is patient, kind, understanding, and very professional. As a first time homebuyer he made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable and secure. He will personalize your search for you based on what qualities are important to you. I already have recommended him to my friends and family and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
