I highly recommend Bill for anyone looking for selling their home. Bill has helped me on 2 real estate transaction; one was pretty standard and quick, but the second was very long and involved, both in finding the right property, and then in closing it (it was a short sale that ended up being very complex, and nearly a year to close). Throughout it, Bill kept moving things forward, and worked through some very complex issues - and short sales are not his specialty.
