We found a few houses on Zillow. We contacted 3 agents that Zillow had pop up on the screen. 2 of them we spoke to and the 1 out of the 2 named Ruth answered spoke to me for 20 minutes gave her all our info told her the houses we were interested in and she never called us back. We called and left her message. still no call. We then called the following day she answered and then hung up on me. The other agent we spoke to: we told him which houses we were interested in and he emailed homes that did not meet what we told him we wanted and needed in our dream home. For some odd reason he would not assist us in seeing the homes we did select on Zillow. I went back on Zillow and seen the homes were still available, and Bill Pecora's picture popped up. We decided to Google him and research him and he had a perfect score of 14 surveys. Very impressive. we contacted him and the next day he took us out to show us the homes we selected. we never thought we would find the perfect home so soon. we figured it would take a year. Bill found us the perfect home that was in our budget. His knowledge of the area, the town, regulations, and schools made it easier and less over whelming. he addressed all our questions and concerns. In less then 2 weeks of meeting Bill... We are already in Attorney Review and everything is going very smoothly. Bill is at our disposal any time we have a question. He is a True Professional! Thank You Bill.
