Will was honest about what to expect, kept me in the loop at all times with updates, timelines, and about his communication with the seller's realtor. Even when there was an unexpected complication with the house I wanted, Will handled everything, including negotiating the best deal for me, in the most professional and timely way. He even kept in contact while I was on vacation with my kids in Ireland, and when I returned, we closed on my new house within the timeframe that I needed. His years of partnership with an excellent mortgage broker also made the process so much easier for me. As an inexperienced buyer, I had so many questions, and both of them were always available to walk me through any explanations that I required. I would like to add that I really felt like Will cared about helping me, and I would recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone who is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable realtor who will work hard for you.

Will Rosselle gets the tough jobs done! He helped me put a house under contract contingent on mine selling and I hadn't even listed mine yet. Not only did we close on time but he coordinated a simultaneous closing so I was able to sell my house in the morning and buy my dream home in the afternoon. If it wasn't for his ability to communicate clearly with the listing agent, I don't think this would have ever even had a chance of happening.
