William was an excellent agent compared to some I have used in the past. He helped faciliate the steps needed to get my property to sell. He was very good at keeping in touch and keeping me up to date with what was going on. I feel like he did a superb job because he made it so much more of a "project" to get this property sold as opposed to just "listing it" and collecting the commision when it sold. I would highly recommend him.

My fianc and I recently had the pleasure of working with William on the purchase of our new home in Tennessee. We were living in upstate New York and came to Tennessee for the weekend with the idea of finding a new home. William took our long list of wants and needs and showed us several homes. Once we found the home we wanted and made the decision to make an offer, he took the ball and ran with it to make sure we got the home we wanted.
