William Tierney

Personal Information Bill was born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island. He and his wife moved to Cohasset in 1996 to raise their two school age children. He enjoys sailing, skiing, hiking, cooking, and carpentry. Over the years he has been involved with many local and state organizations including the South Shore Women’s Business Network, the Cohasset Soccer Club, Scituate-Cohasset Youth Football, and his two children’s classrooms from their days at the Osgood and Deerhill Schools and now the Cohasset Middle High School. A member of the Cohasset Yacht Club, Bill currently co-Chairs the Junior Sailing Committee and was Co-Fleet Captain of the International 210 Class. Education Bill graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in American Studies. He began his career in financial services at Smith Barney in Boston, MA.
