He was always on time and gave us lots of details. He never led us on in believing anything that wasn't true. Will always shared the pros and cons with us in each situation, which helped us to see and understand things more clearly considering we did not know much about the real estate world. I'll say he definitely brought us in to his world In a pleasant way. The process went very smooth for our house sale/purchasing our new home. I would like to say after me denying about 100plus homes because "I didn't like them" we found our perfect home !! What I really enjoyed during the time of working with Will was that he never made me or family feel uncomfortable when had a list of houses to look at for the day and In my heart I felt every house was a "NO" I would then look at him and say "this is not the house Will" and he would politely say "ok let's keep looking" I'll say I did that A LOT of times and his patience and positive attitude remained the same from first house to the 100th house. As soon as we got the keys to Our new home Will and His wife brought over a house warming gift which was not only beyond thoughtful the gift was beautiful as well. I can say for me And my family it was a great pleasure working with Will. I highly recommend Will Ybanez as a Real Estate agent, We not only found the Perfect home but we also made a new friend!
