My experience with Wilma was excellent. She assisted me in the purchase of my first investment property and was a wealth of knowledge and resources throughout the process.

Wilma was a horrible real estate agent for me she bringing her own inspection Team without me knowing she charged me $390 for the inspection that I didn't approve of didn't know it until after I sign the papers she promised things that she would do to the house and didn't do it I still have that inspection bill in my name up for collection that she promised to pay and she didn't she offered to buy me a living room set that she tricked me to put in my name she promised to pay it off in 3 months and she didn't it took her years to pay it off after she sold me the house she cut off all communication every time I tried to call her she said she was always busy with the family I wish I would have never allowed her to sell me a house
