He is rude, unprofessional and just overall a nightmare to deal with. His arrogance and defiance to answer questions he deems you should know the answer to is astounding. Honestly, excuse my language but he's a prick. Pick another agent.

He is the perfect example of a nightmare agent. He’s vindictive, arrogant, and unwilling to answer questions. For example: he showed us a home a bit out of our desired area, I asked about schools and crime, he told me to look it up, when I did I found it was in a terrible school district and tons of break ins were happening, he kept pushing for the house even after I told him this-said it did not matter. He was also the agent in the house we rented, when we told him we did not want to renew the lease for the full term as we were looking for houses he jacked up the price 200 a month until we agreed to sign a buyer broker contract with him.
