She does not communicate well at all. Shes unprofessional. Has a property she allows to be subleased out however does not take proper care of property. She is a slumlord. Has caused my family to go 16 days without a working oven. She also does not respond to messages or texts. Now she is telling my family to move instead of fixing oven. However we are current on rent and everything.

Wing is a slumlord she threw my family in the street after I reported her house and it received two pages worth of violations! She would rather do fraudulent evictions than fix what is wrong with her home. The house she rented to my family was filthy with no working electrical outlets and filled with mice. Do not rent from her. Her houses will not be up to code and she will evict you and not return your security deposit if you complain.

We went to her after our home was on the market for over many months with another agent. Wing set up open houses for most of the weekends for us. She got several agents involved, and I believe that is one of the best ways to sell this home with her busy schedule. She willing to share, she is generous, not to try keep all the commission to herself. She rather to cut down her commission than drop the listing price more. She found the right buyer to purchase the home within two months! It is a very smooth transaction than we ever could expect.

She stole not only my security deposit. She lied and stole my furniture and gave to her new tenants as a move in special. Stole my children's beds and my who livingroom set and all the while telling us to come pick it up anytime. She is a fraud and a crook!!

Wing has taken care of me and my family for many years and we hope that she will continue to do so. We are renting a home she manages and she has helped fix many appliances and even replaced the AC unit. Wing is a very understandable person to work with and such a lovely person.

You will never be going to rent a place to this woman who is realtor, who didn't follow the contract, who didn't pay the rent on time, who stole my mattress, my tea table, my artwork and my two of 6 dining table chairs. She rented my home in California as vacation home, she left without returning the right keys ( might be able to go back to steal more stuff).If I didn't sign what she wanted when she moved out, she wouldn't give me the keys at all. She demanded cleaning home when she moved in but when she left, she left dirty, dusty home to me. She is a crook, she is a tricky. Watch out this woman, you don't want to work with this woman at all. She used her deposit as rent, so I don't have any deposit to deduct her damage, so she dares enough to stole my stuff away. She has low dignity, aweful person. Be away from this woman。

Dosen't care,non-responsive .. her renters have been nothing but trouble.. Wing is the definition of slumlord
