I wanted to give a shout out to my good friend and realtor Wynne Moore for selling my house BEFORE it even hit MLS for full asking price. This is actually the SECOND time shes done this for us (full asking price and before MLS)!! Im thankful because it means fewer strangers in our home, less stress with a quick sale, and more money in our pocket. She also found us our new dream home also not on MLS. Wynne Moore was an unknown that was recommended by a trusted friend. She was willing and able to come in and take over an existing listing and provide marketing and advice that tripled the amo unt of activity we were seeing in showings as well as on multiple websites.
