Xavier did a great job selling our home and broke a price record for a non new construction home in our area. The amazing thing was he did this during the height of the pandemic. Xavier was excellent and straightforward with what needed to be done with the house and what was not important. Xavier had great photos and marketing to keep interest up on the home and got us to a smooth closing. He was also great at communicating everything and was always available to answer our questions as a good portion of our dealings were when my family and I were outside the country.

I like that he tells someone what they need to hear versus manipulative sales talk on what they want to hear.
