Ivory made the selling of our Monrovia family home simple and easy. We had interviewed three different realtors and she had given the best presentation of the current real estate market conditions. She explained how she was going to advertise and sell the property in a timely manner for the best price. She had show us pictures and listings of the current and past houses in our surrounding area. Ivory was always polite, did what she told us what she was going to do, and kept us updated in all aspects of the sale.
